Robert Gay
Owner
Robert started Nest Exteriors because he believed homeowners deserved better from their roofer, both the work and the conversation. He's a CertainTeed Master Craftsman, which puts him in the top 1% of roofing contractors in the country. That's not a line on a brochure. It actually changes the warranty you get. He's been working in Northern Virginia for over a decade now, so he knows what our weather does to a roof. Robert still shows up to jobsites, still answers his phone, and still takes it personally when something isn't right.

Connor Elliott
Production Manager
Connor's the one who'll walk your roof, sit down with you, and actually explain what's going on up there. He doesn't push products. He lays out your options, answers questions, and lets you decide what makes sense for your home and budget. He knows the CertainTeed, DaVinci, and Brava lines inside and out. He's also handled plenty of Virginia insurance claims, so if you're dealing with storm damage, he can walk you through that process too.

Project Consultant
Miguel runs the show once your project kicks off. He handles scheduling, coordinates the crews, and keeps everything on track so there aren't any surprises along the way. If something changes, you'll hear from him before you have to ask. Homeowners tell us they like that Miguel actually keeps them in the loop. He also takes cleanup seriously, your yard should look better when the crew leaves than when they showed up. That's the standard he holds.

Project Consultant
Andrew likes to slow things down and make sure you actually understand what's happening with your roof before any work starts. He's good at explaining things in plain English, not contractor jargon, and his inspections are thorough. Working through an insurance claim? Trying to pick the right shingle color? Andrew's done it hundreds of times. He'll make sure the details are covered so you're not left guessing.

Office Manager
Arlen's the person behind the scenes making sure everything stays organized. She coordinates schedules, follows up with homeowners, and keeps projects from getting tangled between the first phone call and the final invoice. She's usually the first voice you'll hear when you call Nest. Need to book an inspection? Have a warranty question? Arlen's on it. She's got a knack for keeping things from slipping through the cracks.
